Breath Connect Relax

Whether you’re learning to move through water, move with it, or simply letting it wash over you - every offering starts in the same place: slowing down enough to actually feel something. Explore what calls to you.

Adult Swim Lessons

If you are an adult who never quite learned to swim, or learned once and let fear or years turn it into something you avoid, this is for you. No judgment. No pressure. Just private, one-on-one time in a calm, quiet, private backyard pool, at a pace that’s entirely yours.

Whether you’re starting from scratch, working through a fear of the water, or simply want to feel more confident and comfortable swimming, sessions are built around where you actually are, meeting you where you are at. Some people want technique. Some just want to stop feeling afraid. Most want a little of both. All of it is welcome here.

Expect patience, encouragement, and probably a joke or two along the way - because taking this seriously doesn’t mean taking it stiffly. Fifteen-plus years of teaching swimmers of every age and comfort level means you’re in steady, experienced hands, so you’re free to just focus on you.

Ai chi: Tai Chi in the water

Imagine slow, flowing movement paired with deep, deliberate breath, all supported by water instead of gravity. That’s Ai Chi. No choreography to memorize, no pounding, no splashing. Just a guided practice of moment and breath designed to help you feel more grounded, present, and connected to yourself.

Sessions are in small, intimate groups at a gentle pace. Space to notice what your body is holding onto, and permission to let some of it go.

Ai Chi is often described as meditative, restorative and calming. Many people find it helps them feel more relaxed, more centered, and more in tune with their bodies. It’s not a substitute for medical or mental health care, and no specific outcomes are promised. It’s an opportunity to be present in the water, guided by someone who takes the practice seriously, without taking herself too seriously.

Whether you’re curious about a new way to move, looking for a quiet counterpoint to a busy life, or simply craving connection to yourself, a group, or the the water, you’re welcome here exactly as you are.

Currently offered in small private groups of 2-3 at a private residential pool in North Palm Beach. Location details shared upon booking confirmation.

HandPan Sound Experience water Sessions

Some things are easier to feel than explain. A handpan does something to a space that words alone can’t quite capture. Warm, resonant tones washing over you while you float, rest, or simply sit still. No agenda, no performance. Just sound, water, and permission to let your mind go quiet for a little while.

These sessions are designed as an experience. Many people find live sound deeply relaxing, meditative, and grounding. As with all offerings here, no specific outcomes are promised and this isn’t a substitute for medical or mental health care. It’s simply an invitation to slow down, listen, and be present.
